  1. Can I use route sometimes and still come to the store for orders? Absolutely. Whatever works best for you.
  2. Are there minimum orders? No. If you only have one item to pick-up, we will still be there for you.
  3. What are my pick-up and delivery days? Scheduled pick-up and delivery days are determined by the zip code that you live in. Currently customers in 80124 & 80134 are Tuesday and Friday and customers in 80138 & 80016 are Monday & Thursday. We will automatically visit every scheduled route customer twice a week, for pick-up and delivery. We will pick-up and deliver on the same visit. You’ll be able to use our service up to twice weekly, if needed.
  4. What if there is an issue with service or quality? We guarantee all of our work. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us.
  5. What about rush or quick return orders? Yes, we do that too. Please call (720) 333-8369 for your request.
  6. Do I need to contact 24/7 Dry Cleaners for each pick-up? Scheduled route customers do not need to contact us unless they need an out of schedule service. On-call customers will need to email, text or call us.
  7. Where do I leave my clothes for pick-up? We request you leave your bag on the porch or on the provided hanger within eyeshot from the road, by 8:00 in the morning. If you require another location, please let us know.
  8. What if I don’t get my bag out in time? If you require a pick-up that day please call us, we’ll be there.
  9. When will my clothes be delivered? Your finished orders will be returned the next route day between 8:00am – 6:00pm.
  10. Does anyone need to be home for pick-up or delivery? No. However, upon delivery our system can email or text you confirmation as soon as it is picked-up or delivered. Or, we can knock on your door if you like.
  11. Am I required to have items available for pick-up on every scheduled day? No. If you do not have a bag out for pick-up, we will deliver the clean clothes and continue on our way.
  12. How do I stop service temporarily or permanently? Just contact us by email, phone or text to let us know.
  13. How do you protect my clothes? Your clothes are hung in a covered environment and protected by two bags. Unlike other delivery dry cleaning companies that use only plastic to cover your clothes, we use both the plastic bag commonly used by professional dry cleaners, and a convert-a-bag overtop.
  14. How many bags will I receive? You will receive 1 or 2 bags for FREE: depending on your frequency of use.
  15. Are there any additional charges? There are never additional delivery charges for our scheduled routes. For rush service, appropriate charges may apply, if at all.
