SERVICES DISCLAIMER:

~ Most women’s blouses are required to be pressed by hand due to small sizes, irregular fit and tapered cuts not allowing them to fit on our Auto-Press machine.

~ Our Auto-Press machine can damage or melt buttons that are unique to the garment, which we cannot replace. Materials, which are not 100% cotton, may also stick to the hot head and melt.

~ Leather items, shoes and some rugs are sent to a third party for processing. Estimated return is 1-2 weeks.

~ Household items and alterations may take up to 5 days for completion.

~ Items with screen printing, thick embroidery or snaps may require hand pressing (higher cost).

~ Silk, items with beads, sequins or unique buttons/zippers may require hand cleaning, which may cost more as well as delay completion time by 1 to 2 days.

~ Some pigment dyed items are expected to fade. The care label should state this.

DAMAGE/REPLACEMENT/REIMBURSEMENT POLICY:

We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which the care label states, or in our professional opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.

We cannot guarantee cleaning against color loss, sheen loss, finish loss or shrinkage, or damage to weak and/or tender fabrics.

We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses of, or defects in, materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to these materials: suedes, leathers, silks, satins, double-faced fabrics, vinyl, polyurethanes, etc.

We claim no responsibility for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequins.

Liability regarding any damaged, lost or stolen items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment, regardless of brand or condition.
